Welcome to Earlham's Student Account Center (SAC). Students, parents, and others can view student account activity and payment options by logging in at the top right-hand corner of this page. Detailed instructions can be found in the box below.
How to Access the Student Account Center
Login at the upper right-hand corner using your email address and the password you selected at registration to (1) receive your semester bill, (2) view your account activity in real time, including charges and credits, (3) set up or modify a monthly payment plan, or (4) make a payment on an existing payment plan. You do NOT need to login to make a one-time payment.
Students receive an email invitation at their Earlham email address from Earlham College [firstname.lastname@example.org] with instructions for registering for the Student Account Center. Should the invitation expire or need to be resent, please click on the 'Resend Registration Email' link in the upper right hand corner.
Due to Federal privacy regulations, students must sign up first and then authorize their parents or others to have online access to their account. Students can grant access to parents and others by logging in, selecting the “Manage Account Access” button and clicking the “Add” button. An invitation will then be emailed to the parent or other authorized user with registration instructions.

Payment plans are the sensible approach to paying education expenses. They allow for smaller, affordable payments instead of paying your balance in one large lump sum.
